I went into it thinking it was a fantasy but its not! The hallucinations are handled really well, though it does make you question everything when all is revealed. Is it a mystery, a fantasy? But I think that's the point, not to know. The only hesitation I have is the hallucinations, I hate when I can't tell what's really going on. Sounds like the romance is cute, though I have to wonder about the ending now. I don't know if this book's for me, but my curiosity just might get the better of me.
